The people are supportive kind helpful and easy to work with. The team culture is positive and collaborative. I could always ask questions and get guidance without feeling judged.
Cons
Growth opportunities are limited and job stability becomes uncertain when the economy tightens. It was frustrating not being fully hired after doing consistent work. Another person was brought on full time before me which made the path forward feel unclear.
