The company culture is toxic and you will not be supported in a middle management role. The company plays a game of buying their way onto Top Employer lists, and uses jargon like 'People First, Always' in their emails from their People and Culture department. The reality is that people are nowhere near first, and the culture has a small subset of exhausted people who are trying desperately to transform the culture from the ground up. Until the Senior Leadership Team stops to think about their actions, their responsibility to their employees, and their ultimate accountability to drive and model a healthy culture, then you should stay far away from here. Unless you're one of those people that can check your soul at the door, then all the power to you. Their management style is like a trip in a time machine back to the 1980s, if you're not part of the old guard, you will never fit in.
