Pros
Family friendly - hours are good and managers are flexible when it comes to working from home etc. Great place to gain experience working with a solid regional broadcaster. Lots of great intiatives on a global scale that will make the job interesting. Good medical benefits - for employee only, not dependents.
Cons
Not the best pay master. Terrible "whitewashing" in APAC. They don't value the efforts of Asians/Singaporeans. Head said that Asians can't do the job. They even hired interns from the US. Entire legal team is white. Entire finance team (save for an exec) is white. All dept heads are white. Bad at acknowledging efforts. Reward employees who are political. Very "London-centric" approach. Things are slow to move/be supported in Asia because the team in London just can't be bothered with Asia. No empowerment to local hires. Very very very political
