      Pros

      Great company, exposed to great experience and state of the art in the chemical industry. The environment is very good, people is friendly.

      Cons

      very political, decision making very very slow. Is a big company and unfortunately that is a huge "con" when things need to be fast. Germans have considerable advantages over people from the region
