      Good insurance and extra 5% on top of 401k Match

      Cons

      Bonus structure is terrible. Impossible to hit target. Sr Mgmt not on same page as rest of company. High Pressure, Low Reward. Constant threats from leaders, 50-60 work weeks the norm. Horrible culture

      It's mostly contingent workers now and low pay. Good pay and benefits if hired directly.
