      Pros

      I've been working at BASF as outsorce and as headcount positions, I've been having good experiences and profesional development. Colleages are nice, good benefits for employees, Strong Scientific Knowledge who supports my tasks on AP, self career development opportunities and conflict resolutions go easily because of the local Leaders.

      Cons

      Re-structuring of positions then it's making a smaller organigram. It's making everyone nervous....

      It's hard work but it's satisfying.

      It's mostly contingent workers now and low pay. Good pay and benefits if hired directly.
