Pros
Great management, lots of autonomy in the projects. Freedom to explore the various parts of the company, but enough structure to make sure you don't get lost.
Cons
Divisions sometimes seemed separated, and communication between teams was often slow. The intern program could be developed a little more, but there were field trips and enough time spent with other interns.
