      the balance between work and home life is pretty good and also I love the family culture here in Freeport.

      wish the pay was more or more over time was available and the insurance wasn't so high

      It's hard work but it's satisfying.

      It's mostly contingent workers now and low pay. Good pay and benefits if hired directly.
