Cons
On-boarding process needs more attention to detail IT support team is overworked and very slow. A few very good people in Florham park simply can't handle the support needs from all the clients using archaic Windows based systems. CRM system does not exist Work sharing rely's on ancient sharepoint tools that just can't compare to apple of google options
