      Huge company with long term objectives, possibility to change jobs between divisions and clusters or regions.

      Cons

      Can be slow and complicated, leadership jobs getting more and more consolidated, female candidates are clearly preferred.

      Great work environment, great pay, inclusive culture, lots of growth opportunities and mentorship, and the University Recruitment Team was incredible
