      Pay, benefits are good. Working conditions were better than most. Exhibits concerns about work/life balance. Generally well trained in the job.

      Cons

      Management slow to keep up with technology. Not open to ideas that are not theirs which stiffles new ideas and developments.

      Great work environment, great pay, inclusive culture, lots of growth opportunities and mentorship, and the University Recruitment Team was incredible
