      BASF has continued to perform well, while growing steadily. The work culture is good, I enjoy my relationships with my peers. BASF also supports professional growth through education.

      Cons

      Diversity and inclusion is pushed a bit too much. It's fine to support it, but stop forcing it on everyone!
