      Good benefits, good perks, decent pay for starting.

      Cons

      Hard to move up. Website with resources was outdated in multiple areas. Management at my site was cruel and promoted fear based tactics for work to get done.

      It's hard work but it's satisfying.

      Cons

      It's mostly contingent workers now and low pay. Good pay and benefits if hired directly.
