      Pros

      Industry leading benefits, Location, People and work/life balance are good

      Cons

      Takes forever to get anything done. Layers and layers of management and approvals. Also not a lot of room for moving up quickly and learning new skills. Good place for someone grinding out their last 10 years until retirement, not good for someone young and hungry.
