      BASF is awesome place to work. Diversity is one of the reason I love working for BASF. BASF knows how to treat their employee. If you ever get an opportunity to work for BASF you should take it.

      Cons

      The only down side is the 12 hours rotating shifts.

      No bonuses vacation is crap for new hires, only 2 weeks.
