career planning is serious here, benefits are phenomenal - incentives and bonuses are more than fair, very competitive and training opportunities are plentiful.
Cons
high-stress, highly competitive company with less work life balance than some other organizations. Business environment is also on the stressful side - many businesses ebb and flow with economy and employees feel the pressure.
