Pros
Great benefits, and in most cases people are very friendly and positive. Pay can be good or average depending what you do.
Cons
Politics come into play with promotions and the like. In many cases you have to know the right people and have a lot of visibility - exceptional performance isn't enough. Being a German company, certain ways of doing things and the red tape is a little strange. Layoffs are a solution they like to implement even if other cost cutting options are available.
