      Pros

      They take care of their employees. I'm in school and they are so understanding of projects and really allow me to put school first. They also really teach you what it means to be an engineer. This isn't an internship where you get someone coffee, but you get a real introduction into the world of engineering.

      Cons

      Haven't really found any downsides yet.
