      The Coaches are the best thing about BALANCE.

      Cons

      The CEO lacks vision and strategic aptitude. The board member they hired to help the CEO is not experienced either, so they hired another business consultant to help him. It seems very messy. 100% turnover in the CSuite in 2024.

      Mission-driven company with amazing people, a lot of flexibility, and fully remote.

      Cons

      People stick around the company for a long time, which is great, but there's not much room for growth unless someone decides to retire.
