The organisation is atrocious, you'll spend more time on the road than a lorry driver. Not enough work for amount of employees so you'll be sat waiting in carparks for hours, zero feedback only punishment or attempted sackings if your face don't fit.

I have worked for B38 for a year now and have enjoyed every day. It is an exciting company to work for and I have just been informed that they are offering to provide me with some additional training and enrolling me on a year-long training course. It’s refreshing to find an employer that wants to invest in its staff, as well as its client’s. Good working environment & atmosphere Willing to invest in staff Excellent customer relationships
