Over the last couple of years this has Been an awful place to work. Bad management absent line manager a cafm system not fit to wipe my butt on. And a culture of bullying operatives and ripping off customers. The tuppe to bell Rock has been an absolute joke and now they can't get any new employees because thier reputation is shot. They are losing contracts at a rate of nots and nobody gives a dam. What guys are left are over worked and treated as no more than an asset the only assets they have. No communication they have no technical awareness and you'll find yourself out of pocket financially and fined for nothing. which can take an age to get sorted. They will promise you the earth and never deliver no training no nothing.

The salary was no more than average. No parking on site and walking from where you had to pay to park was dicey, drug addicts, rough sleepers and spice zombies everywhere. Toxic working environment.
