B38 group is a small company based in Wakefield. The jobs they attend are ALL OVER the UK if you like driving you'll like this job
Cons
The organisation is atrocious, you'll spend more time on the road than a lorry driver. Not enough work for amount of employees so you'll be sat waiting in carparks for hours, zero feedback only punishment or attempted sackings if your face don't fit.

Having been employed by B38 Facilities Management I can honestly say during this time I have found B38 to be a supportive and honest company to work for. I am now approaching my 4th year with B38, times can be challenging and extremely busy, however it is exciting to see how the company has grown over the past four years and how the company is continuing to grow. The B38 office team are great to work with and I can only see exciting times ahead. May I enjoy many more years of employment with B38.
