The store has some great items. Easy application process. Always busy so plenty to do.
Cons
Will overtly and covertly discriminate against disabled employees. Managers spread gossip. HR non-existent. Lack of health and safety. Invisible disabilities including mental health issues are frowned upon in this company. Staff members have to take verbal abuse from management daily rather than constructive criticism. They don’t abide by any laws. The company is a danger to health and safety when working here. They will take advantage of people on 12 hour contracts make them do stuff outwith their role. The staff room was filthy. Out of date food on shelves. All the stores need investigating undercover in my opinion. I’ve arranged this as luckily know a few people and reported to trading standards and watchdog. It would be a nice job if they actually had some professionalism and integrity and treated staff with respect. Managers don’t understand the difference between “management” and “abuse of staff”.
