Was good but not anymore - Customer Service Supervisor B&M Retail Employee Review

Cutting your hours to minimum and asking you to take holiday when things are quiet. Poorly managed from the very top of the company.. Security is non existent in store. Expecting you to put your life on hold when it gets busy. Buildings not maintained so when weather is bad water pours though the celling and it is freezing cold in the winter as not having appropriate heating system.
