      Relaxed work environment most of the year. Decent pay Decent holiday allowance 10% Discount in store , sometimes 20%.

      Cons

      Crazy busy around peak season, Christmas and Spring. Management seem to not care that much in general. Few to none chance of career progression. No sick pay.
