Shocking company - Retail Sales Assistant B&M Retail Employee Review

They get lots of people in to build up the store then sack them for no reason what so ever. You are on a 8hour contract no one is on a full time. Expect managers and it depends if they make q certain amount of money if you get extra hours or not. The supervisors and managers have no clue half the time you have to show them what to do! They are unorganised and don't trust you to do a refund only supervisors! and they try not to give you any breaks if you ask more than once for a break you get sacked I could say such more bad things the place is a joke
