      Pros

      Very few to be honest. Every one in the stores are in the same boat higher management just don't care.

      Cons

      Fast paced, constant visits from "secret shoppers" nothing is too much as far as the business is concerned. To be fair has only become a soulless place to work since the new ceo took over and decided he knows best.
