Pros

I would genuinely struggle to find anything atall that would be worth writing here if im brutally honest. Only thing is would be the poor staff and management having to deal with such a ridiculously, pure greed run company.

Cons

Opening hours have extended for no reason what so ever other than sheer greed. Genuinely will be spending more money on wages and electricity between these hours. New high up directors calling the shots and fully expect people not to have a life out within b&m. Making management work every friday, Saturdays sunday and monday now tell me what kind of life that is for anyone? Wages- horrifically bad considering all the new changes they are bringing into force and the expectations are not even realistic. Expecting any shop to run on skeleton staff with very little rewards. Can’t arrange any christmas/work nights out because they have also sucked the absolute life out of everyone by changing the opening hours and shifts to 9-12pm every night. Oh and a pathetic £10 b&m voucher for spending a whole year and festive period slaving away for very little. We were always told we were paid minimum wage because it was a ‘bargain store’ which certainly isn’t the case anymore. You’re genuinely cheaper shopping about now than spending money in b&m.
