Pros
I really enjoy my job as I am a people person and love to chat to the customers whether it be holiday makers or regular customers as I'm serving them we have such diverse customer basis its always an interesting day. I love the fact that most of our customers love the shop for its excellent value for money and wide variety of products in store. Also the management team are very helpful if you need help with days off etc we also have a great team in our store where the majority of people work well together
Cons
The only things I can say as cons are 1. The checkouts could do with updating they are not very well designed and a chair wouldn't go amiss. 2. Longer contracts would be great I am currently on 16 hrs but would love more and I know some of my colleagues are on 8 hrs and would like more
