10% Staff Discount Other colleagues at my level were great to get along with and shared similar negative thoughts which Made me feel that 'I Wasn't the only one' Paid classroom style training

Unrealistic times to complete tasks Manager had an 'OCD' issue with the merchandising and general layout of store Goods were often delivered battered, dirty or leaking Constant threat of losing job Manager had a split personality, would often comment and pull you aside for minor mistakes, and other times want to get to know you personally and try to have a laugh, was unsympathetic towards other colleagues personal needs such as family illnesses and childcare arrangements etc
