Bad for mental health - Shop Floor Assistant B&M Retail Employee Review

Working here would seriously damage your mental health. Iv lasted 6 years.. how iv managed that i dont know. Management havent got a clue, no moral in the drumchapel store, staff are nasty bullys.. manager changes rota without telling you or takes hours off you and gives to her favourites. They expect too much esp on a 4 hour shift, cash office manager is rude and speaks to his staff like dirt, till staff slow, and back stabbing is unreal, its like being at school, staff have came in drunk, on drugs and all sorts. I wont be there much longer
