Horrible Place to work - Anonymous employee B&M Retail Employee Review

Firstly, management is an absolute joke. I worked there for over 4 years as a student with no problems apart from being bullied by a few other employees. This bullying ranged from being slated on social media to getting my hair pulled in the work place by these bullies. Unfortunately, as management constantly tolerated this behaviour, which was towards other staff members also, I felt I had no choice to leave after 4 years because these people were given supervisor roles and I felt unsafe to work there as well as intimated. I have been let down by this company as they knowingly promoted bullying and let it drive multiple people out of a job. Disgusting.
