I’ve been with the company for a year, and while the initial learning curve was challenging, it was exactly what I signed up for and expected from the role. I’m grateful for the supportive colleagues and management who made the transition smoother. From what I’ve seen, management is open to feedback, but it works best when employees are willing to speak up and share constructive suggestions — improvement is a two-way effort.
