      Pros

      Super great people to work with -nice, competent and smart. Benefits are not bad, but not spectacular .

      Cons

      Too top heavy and can’t afford enough people to do the day to day work. Takes on too many projects and does none of them well. Communication does not go down through all levels of mgt. executive team is dysfunctional. Too many people at high levels that have outlived their usefulness. Over pay sr mgt and under pay at lower levels.

      The most discriminating, racist Regulatory Affairs Management

      Cons

      The most discriminating and toxic Regulatory Management I have ever seen in my life. Seriously how can a company tolerate such toxicity. They promote based on favoritism, or people who literally bow down to them. If you are highly unintelligent , but are willing to stomp people, Management will promote you.
