Pros

Regulatory Department is really a dumpster!

Cons

I'm in 100% agreement with the review dated August 25, 2025, as I've experienced similar first-hand in the Regulatory Department. New Management as of February 2025 is very dishonest, secretive, works in silo, favors employees who work in silo and gives very toxic treatment to ones who collaborate, is so disorganized, ignores emails and instant messages (multiple functional groups have complained to my department’s colleagues and to me about this), is very top-down attitude (arrogant), unfair, lacks people skills, is so incompetent in Regulatory as majority of former roles were merged with Quality and the fact doesn't know Regulatory answers when other functional groups ask during meetings is proof - more than few times, and barely says one word during meetings with functional groups (there's been many times does not say one single word throughout whole meetings). After I departed this company, a week later, a former colleague who still works there from a different functional group texted my cell phone to complain Management did not say a single word in 3 hours total of meetings in a work week and that this was "so wild"! I responded to the former colleague that this is no surprise to my whole Department and now to different functional groups. I also shared with the former colleague (who's still an Axogen employee) there was an awkward incident months ago in which an FDA submission document was lost in sharepoint (most current content was all gone), even with IT confirming the latest employee who was in the document was a Clinical employee who was not able to technically sync or save the document due to their location, in response Management instant messaged Regulatory and asked if anyone had deleted that document that was due to FDA that very day. This made a few of my department’s colleagues and myself very uncomfortable due to Management's accusatory and very immature + coward approach when knew from being told by IT Department (as I was present) it was a specific employee in Clinical who was not able to save it accidentally. Instead of dealing with the matter at hand of how to fix the issue, Management attempted to cast blame within the group. Amazing! I also shared with my former colleague that Management almost always declines, pushes forward, or doesn't bother to show up during our 1:1 weekly meetings. The last meeting I had with Management, Management kept pushing it out for literally over 1 month (in a weekly manner); on the day Management actually, finally showed up, Management out of the blue stated HR will be joining. That was the day I was told out of the blue with no forewarn that my position was eliminated - this meeting happened in less than 2 minutes and then my work computer screen turned black right after. Months ago, Management led me on by requesting for me to be patient about my promotion. Management is not to be trusted! Management regularly states one thing and does the opposite; this is not the first time. I was not given a formal exit interview by HR as I’ve been with Axogen for years! Axogen HR is a joke!
