      Pros

      There are lots of great people who work at Axogen. They show dedication to their work and each other.

      Cons

      There is no promotion path. When management level positions become available, employees are hired in from the outside. There is also no mentorship, so you just have to figure it out on your own. IF given an opportunity, you are punished for not succeeding because there is no direction from management.

      The most discriminating and toxic Regulatory Management I have ever seen in my life. Seriously how can a company tolerate such toxicity. They promote based on favoritism, or people who literally bow down to them. If you are highly unintelligent , but are willing to stomp people, Management will promote you.
