      Pros

      great company culture fosters cooperation and a friendly atmosphere. innovative product line assures company growth. Great director team.

      Cons

      de facto caste system of sales force and everyone else. No incentive programs for anyone but sales, no professional development or career tracking for anyone but sales. 2% annual raises for everyone but sales (see a theme here?). Kind of lame pay compared to others in this industry. Micro-managing CEO actually mandated what sort of pens we can use.

      The most discriminating, racist Regulatory Affairs Management

      Cons

      The most discriminating and toxic Regulatory Management I have ever seen in my life. Seriously how can a company tolerate such toxicity. They promote based on favoritism, or people who literally bow down to them. If you are highly unintelligent , but are willing to stomp people, Management will promote you.
