Pros

Work from home is very lenient, as they move offices very frequently and it's the only way they can attract or keep anyone. You'd be surprised at the amount of office politics at a small company. Benefits are a joke.

Cons

Benefits, management, projects, politics, organization of the company

Pros

I had the opportunity to work on some cool products.

Cons

I strongly advise against considering this company. Here are the facts: They often pile additional responsibilities on employees when clients can't afford to add more staff to projects. Statements of Work (SOWs) are not thoroughly reviewed before signing. Many shortcuts are taken behind the scenes, and basic employer ethics are not followed. The leadership team and certain employees were hired based on nepotism rather than experience. This has led to poor business decisions. Even if you're new to the industry, there are better companies to start with that offer fewer headaches and are more ethical. Personally, it was the worst career move I made, as it was based on lies during the interview process. Lesson learned.
