      Pros

      Good global community, opportunities to learn on the job and move into new areas based on how you want to develop. Good apprenticeship programs and lots of resources within a company this size. Strong dedication to diversity and inclusion.

      Cons

      Sometimes slower to change and develop than smaller businesses. Offices aren't very attractive. Benefits and extras are just OK.
