Dynamic, ever-changing. Strategy and organisation changes initiated a couple of years ago are starting to bear fruit. Colleagues are generally very passionate about their work.

Some functions require a strong "self-starter" mentality and work ethic as there are gaps in coordination and cooperation between departments which requires an individual to navigate through hurdles in order to achieve an outcome.
