Nice company to work for a while at, but very slow moving

Good to work with technology that company is working on, also many occasion to come up with ideas and run with them, with luck also implement. Lot's of good people.

Cons

Slow moving company, lot of legacy stuff. Still in culture of Managers knowing better how it's done. Company is dysfunctional. Constant promises of making things better. There is a lot to learn from European culture and how to manage global teams.

Great technology, though getting a little dated. Great people, lots of passion to tap in to.

Cons

Executive leadership did not have a technical vision to drive the company. Desperately needed a CTO from the industry who could steer engineering and product development.
