High workload and unrealistic deadlines often lead to burnout, with little support for work-life balance. Management style can feel quite demanding and at times toxic, with pressure to deliver results without adequate resources or recognition. Recruitment for replacements or support is extremely slow, leaving clients without proper support. Overall, the company seems to rely heavily on a few strong individuals and lacks proper structure or backup. This leads to declining service quality and frustrated clients.
