Pros
I have been working at Avante for five years so far and have worked my way up from a junior helpdesk position to a senior consultant/account management position. Working for an MSP obviously gets stressful at times, but with good time management this is pretty manageable. The pros, in no particular order: -Culture is a big focal point and is encouraged for all new staff -Open door policy (CEO sits at a desk with the team and often talks to all staff during lunchtimes etc) -Regular team catch ups so everyone knows what everyone is up to -Free training is organised with vendors for staff to learn specific technologies -Open to new ideas -Exposure to all areas of IT -Flexibility to work on technologies that you like -Lots of room to grow (most senior staff members have worked their way up over many years of hard work) -Lots of responsibility and trust in your work -The team are always happy to help and share their knowledge
Cons
-Can be stressful at times but if you stay on top of things and do things properly the irst time this is minimised
