Pros
My work with avante has spanned nearly 12 years, I have seen a lot of change and plenty of people come and go. The constant has been the culture and everyone wants the best for the customers. I enjoy the office and my team. Its interesting to read some of the other comments on here, it’s surprising as I am not sure that they are referring to the same company. If there is any building going on, I would think it should be a bridge and for those unhappy people to get over it. If this is not for you then do something and move, and if you have left then move on. I believe in what we are doing and support the company. The management here are good and supportive and whilst mistakes are made they are fixed and nothing is perfect.
Cons
The cons are the negative engineers in my mind, most of which are gone and to be honest some of them have been like little girls. Be a man and grow up. If you are an engineer then it means long hours. In Sales the hours a little more normal :-)
