Chaos everywhere. The new CEO (Rodrigo), fired all the support functions (yes, all HR, Finance, Marketing) got fired and just a few moved to Accenture to “manage” Avanade employees * policy communication is disorderly. People found out that “new alignment” means “Accenture all but in name only”. Much more restrictive policy on incidental work or ability to just check emails from another country * THE BIGGEST ONE : Today, The CEO (Rodrigo) has announced that all the Group Managers (which were the level right before reaching Director+ area), are to be effectively eliminated and renamed to just “Manager” (Manager was the level below) . So he basically demoted all the Group Managers, and destroyed our careers, as we will all be just “Managers” not reflecting our experience The demotions actually impact also Directors (who now will be called “Senior Managers”) and Senior Directors with now just be “Directors”
