The company has been home to some of the most talented and supportive people I’ve had the privilege to work with. Benefits and salary are in line with expectations, remote work options are still available, and the work itself is dynamic and engaging.
Cons
Recent decisions, such as the offshoring of Corporate Functions, have significantly impacted the company’s culture. Many employees feel uncertain about their future, with layoffs often tied to factors beyond their control, such as location or timing. This instability makes it difficult to build long-term trust and morale. Leadership turnover has been another challenge. New leaders often seem to focus on short-term solutions rather than sustainable, strategic growth. Employees have noticed a lack of consistency in company direction, which affects both engagement and productivity.
