Pros
Among the big consultancies Avanade has the best culture. Flexible working, four-day weeks, lots of training, good compensation, limitless learning, and wonderful people, inclusion and diversity is at the top of everyone's minds.
Cons
Many of our leaders lack the vision to materialize on the huge opportunity that AI can afford us. We are doing through an identity crisis. Avanade is not Accenture, we have our own CEO and strategy, yet we're very much constrained by Accenture and marginalised when at the table with them.
