Pros
Strong emphasis on growth mentality, constant pressure to learn new technologies and get certified, especially Microsoft Azure certifications
Cons
A lot of junior developers hired through a career chance program, so non-university trained SW developers, which did show in the quality of the candidates vs hiring people straight from university. Juniors required a lot of help and there simply were not enough seniors to guide them all in my opinion.
