Pros
Great employer with good benefits and interesting projects. I feel HR/Project leads care about personal situations/circumstances and work around it.
Cons
Classic issues of a corporate: Complex hierarchy (approvals regarding employment or projects take ages), a lot of internal marketing rather than doing. Promotions and growth is quite limited to the level and always needs to be backed up by a project. Silo-like thinking between departments and countries (whereas I think has improved over the years).
