      -Great way to jumpstart a career -Get experience in different and new technologies -You always have a mentor to assist with on the job training.

      Cons

      -Must be willing to travel -Soft skills very important with advancement (this can also be a pro) -In '09 there were no raises (except the few who got promoted)

      Consulting in general is not what it used to be Accenture big brother is quite bureaucratic and obnoxious managing 'profiles' CEO is in London but HQ is Seattle

      Pros

      A really nice office with perks and company culture that come from Accenture.

      Cons

      There is a prioritization with getting certifications and doing a lot of tasks outside of full time client work, just to get promoted. If you are in the bench and it’s a slow season, there is a high risk of getting laid off. You will lose your sense of purpose all for the trendy AI culture. The company thrives on buzz terms and marketing solutions rather than actually solving anything.
